Considers appeals by individual members of any denial of benefits under the NAPSO representation plan.

Diversity Committee

The Mission of the NAPSO Diversity Committee is to promote Unity, Diversity and Education as we serve to bridge Nevada Law Enforcement and the community.

Legislative & Political Action Team (LPAT)

Reviews existing legislation as it pertains to law enforcement throughout the state and recommends changes or new legislation.  Also participates in interviewing political and judicial candidates throughout the state and recommends endorsements.

On June 17, 2021, NAPSO Executive Director Rick McCann appeared on the Podcast known as The Problem Solver with retired New York City and Henderson, Nevada police officer David Kohlmeier to discuss NAPSO, its services to its statewide members, and the recent legislative session during which police reform issues received a lot of NAPSO's attention.
